Preliminary assessment photographs
If you use the preliminary photo assessment, your photographs remain on your device until you press the analysis button and consent to processing. The photographs are prepared in your browser, then sent to the website server and onward to OpenAI for assessment. We do not store photographs or results in a database or public gallery, and we do not create links to them that can be indexed by search engines.
The AI service provider may process and retain data under its own terms and policies. The website not storing photographs does not mean the service provider retains no data. Avoid uploading people’s faces, documents or sensitive information.
Inspection enquiries
Where an enquiry form is provided, its details are prepared on your device. You then choose whether to send them to HAMAT through WhatsApp or email. Completing the form does not send the enquiry. Once you send it, the HAMAT team uses the information to contact you about the condition and inspection.
The English landing page provides direct telephone, email and WhatsApp contact links rather than an enquiry form.
Cookies and measurement
We have not added advertising or marketing tracking tools to this version. The hosting provider may record technical data needed to operate and protect the website, and a private preview platform may use a sign-in mechanism.
